Kelly Marazas will admit to killing an Easton man last year in a DUI accident.

A woman accused of killing a last year will plead guilty, her attorney said Friday.

According to police, Marazas was driving her SUV along Northampton Street on the evening of December 11 when she struck Santiago, who was putting something into the trunk of his car on the 1600 block of Northampton Street.
Police say Marazas' blood-alcohol level was well above the legal limit, and that she got into a second crash a few blocks from where Santiago was hit.
Marazas has been in since she was charged. Her attorney, Angelo Perrucci, Jr. of Wilson, said his client has no desire to post bail. He noted that she has never made "any attempt to justify of excuse" what happened.
