β’ Lehigh County food safety inspections for the week of Sept. 28 - Oct. 4 (spotlightpa.org) β Several Emmaus food businesses, including Chestnut St. Seafood, South Mountain Memory Care, Subway, The Hive, and Wawa on Cedar Crest Boulevard, received mostly lowβlevel violations in lateβSeptember state inspections. Issues ranged from dirty restrooms and floors to improperly stored deli meats and bacon, all of which inspectors directed operators to correct to keep local diners safe.
