Local art instructor, Rose Mavis who teaches a community art program at Southern Lehigh Public Library has won Third Prize for her oil painting titled Paint In Model in the 2013 Bethlehem Palette Club Paint-In & Paint-Out Exhibition which is on display from November 14, 2013 through January 5, 2014.
