Who is posting political signage on EPSD property?

Last night, I noticed a political sign on the corner of Cedar Crest Blvd & Pine St, on EHS property, right under the EPSD sign. ( " No drug sales, no loitering, etc")

The sign said " East Penn ( in green & white, same as the EPSD logo)  For Romney. Believe in America" . There were no other identifying words on the sign as to who placed it there.

The sign is no longer there.

I have a call into the EPSD to make them aware of the sign & to confirm that the school district did not authorize the sign.

Regardless of ones political bent, I believe placing such a sign in this location is surely unethical , if not illegal.
