Emmaus Dash and Splash – July 22 – 5k 6:30pm – Registration 5:00pm – Awards 7:30pm

Proceeds from this race will benefit the Emmaus Special Entertainment Commission and the Emmaus parks system which is host to over 40 FREE events each year. Race registration includes FREE admission to the pool. Race is Rain or Shine (NO Pool if thunder or lightning occurs.) The 3.1 mile course starts at Community Park, meanders’ through the streets of the town’s south side, and finishes with a gradual decline for the last mile before returning to Community Park. The course offers a few early inclines as it makes its way towards Rodale Headquarters but eventually levels off and those hills you cursed early quickly become your friend on the way back to the park. You’re sure to find that second wind. Cash prizes to the top 3 Male and Female runners. Gift certificates to top age group finishers. Special award for most patriotic. Registration: through July 12, 2015 15 and Over – $20; 14 and Under- $12. July 12 thru July 21 15 and Over – $25; 14 and Under- $15. Online Registration closes at 5PM, July 21. Race Day Registration opens @ 5:00 PM. 15 and Over – $35; 14 and Under- $20.

Thru 7/12 - $20 (15 & up); $12 (14 & under). 7/13 thru 7/21 - $25 (15 & up); $15 (14 & under). Race day - $35 (15 & up); $20 (14 & under).
