EPSD Education Foundation is Seeking New Board Members

The EPSD Education Foundation’s Board of Directors is in search of talented volunteer board members with a passion for education. The mission of the Foundation is to enrich, extend and deepen the educational experiences of East Penn School District students in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. There are a number of open seats that the Foundation’s Board would like to fill with a mix of committed parents, residents, business people, and community leaders that live in and/or do business in the East Penn area.

The Foundation is specifically looking for people with the following expertise:

• Web design
• Fundraising
• Technology
• The Arts
• Financial Management
• Marketing

Board members serve a 3-year term. Board members are expected to attend the monthly board meetings and serve on 1-2 committees. There is no up-front financial obligation; however, board members are expected to help secure sponsorships and support the Foundation’s main fundraising events.
