
Meryl's mission is to bring the ancient practice of yoga to all those who
seek health (of the body,mind and spirit), and harmony ( the quieting
of the mind) through embracing the inner quest for fullfillment rather
than dependence on external circumstances. I blend Ashtanga yoga with
Classical yoga,concentrating on breath,balance,flexability and
strength. Ashtanga yoga is a constant flow of movement and energy with
focus on breath and asanas (postures) while connecting body ,mind,and
spirit. The classes are open to beginners as well as seasoned
practioners who want to further there practice .We end class in a
guided meditation focused on rest and rejuvenation.
