Nicole will take the group on a guided meditation to a different Temple or Hall each month. Mike Snyder will play his angelic sound healing in the background while you are on your meditative journey. This class is good for all levels, even if you've always wanted to try to meditate, but haven't tried yet. Please RSVP.
