Washington Crossing the Delaware Re-Enactment

Annual Christmas Day re-enactment of George Washington leading the Continental Army across the cold river to score a much-needed early morning victory against British allies in nearby Trenton, N.J. That Revolutionary War turning point happened on Dec. 25-26, 1776. Dress warm, be prepared to walk and arrive early because, despite being on Dec. 25, this patriotic event always draws a crowd.
