1. Weather: According to the National Weather Service, Tuesday will start out cloudy then gradually it will become mostly sunny, with a high near 53. Tuesday night we can expect patchy fog after 4 a.m. Otherwise, it will be clear, with a low around 31.
2. In Case you Missed It: ALL schools in East Penn School District are open today. Two calls came in from the district about an hour apart on Monday night. In the second, parents were told that all East Penn schools will be open on Tuesday, Nov. 1.
