While it will be mostly sunny with a high near 49, we’re looking at a west wind between 9 and 18 m.p.h., with gusts as high as 29 m.p.h. The wind will die down tonight, but temperatures will be on the chilly side, with a low around 29.
2. Spelling Bee: According to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Day is spelled without the apostrophe that you might be tempted to toss in before or after that “s” in “Veterans.” That’s because Veterans Day is a day honoring all veterans, not a day belonging to veterans.
