Get to the Brew Works for Some Great Outdoor Dining
Situated at the top of Main Street in Bethlehem, this place is perfect for enjoying a summertime meal.

If you haven’t yet experienced a dinner outdoors this summer, head over to Bethlehem Brew Works. The seating is limited, but the ambiance is fantastic. A cobblestone sidewalk, glowing lampposts, and a warm summer breeze is all you need to enjoy your meal just a little more.
Since I’m a sucker for beer, I loved that the Brew Works has a great selection of homemade brews. There are various seasonal favorites, such as the Devious Imperial Pumpkin Ale in the fall and the Rude Elf’s Reserve in the winter. Right now the Blueberry Belch is available through July.
There are different drink specials every night, and the menu features plenty of beer-infused favorites like Beer & Cheese soup (which is awesome) BREWschetta Chicken, and Fegley’s Fondue of French Dip. The rest of the menu has a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, chicken, and for lovers of Pennsylvania Dutch food, “Brew Works Specialties” like Pork-N-Kraut and the Pierogie Casserole.

My meal: a Fegley’s Steelgaarden Wit draft (similar to Blue Moon and Hoegaarden), BREWschetta, and the Christmas City Salad. Everything was delicious and I especially enjoyed being outside, so I’m awarding another 5/5.
