Every Saturday LivingRoom Yoga offers a yoga basics class at 10AM. The class is for those who have always wanted to try yoga and want to know what these poses are all about, the Yoga Basics level is a great place to begin! This is also a good class for anyone who wants to go deeper into the basic poses (asanas) which are the foundation of this ancient form of movement.
