Most people are making their New Year’s resolutions now and if getting in shape is one of yours, Zumba Fitness could be for you, and it’s right in your backyard.
My name is Kim Bosak and I am a licensed Zumba instructor. I “teach” classes at the , located on Route 100 in Zionsville on This month marks the one-year anniversary of my first class at the Upper Milford Township building, and I’m thrilled to be able to share my love for Zumba Fitness with a great group of ladies. Having had my own personal success with weight loss through Zumba Fitness and diet, I continue to be inspired through my students’ success stories!

To join us in a Zumba class, you don’t need to be a good dancer or have any experience in fitness. My students range in age from late teens to people in their 70s. Some students aspire to lose weight, others are trying to get in shape, but what they all have in common is the desire to get moving and have fun. All you need is an hour of time and an “I want to have fun” attitude, as well as a good pair of sneakers and comfortable clothes.
But, don’t just take my word for it. Here are what a few of my students have to say about Zumba.

Jacquelyn Q., who has been taking my classes for about a year, says: “I never liked working out or going to a gym. I didn’t like to get sweaty, but Zumba has turned that around. It doesn’t feel like a workout. Inspired by Kim, I became a Zumba instructor, too. Even though I am an instructor, I still go to Kim’s class because it’s so much fun.”
Caryn D. says: "I get fit while having fun"
Brenda S. says: "Zumba reformed this couch potato. I burn calories, tone muscle and have fun at the same time. What could be better?"
As I celebrate my one-year anniversary, I am so proud to say that Zumba with Kim in Upper Milford is going strong. Classes are $5 per session and are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Zumba Fitness has opened up so many opportunities for me. I’ve met some great people and made some new and wonderful friendships.
