"Toast the Holidays" Begins This Friday in Emmaus
Annual event lets shoppers enjoy open houses and discounts from participating downtown merchants on back-to-back Fridays.
What better way to kick off the holiday season than with wine, cheese and sales at some of your favorite downtown Emmaus businesses?
That's the basic premise behind the the ’ annual “Toast the Holidays” event, which kicks off this Friday, Dec. 2 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. with a Progressive Wine and Cheese Open House at participating shops in the downtown. Merchants will also be offering promotional discounts as part of the festivities.
As shoppers move from business to business, they'll be treated to the vocal stylings of the professional Victorian group The Candlelight Carolers, who will be performing songs of the season while strolling through town.

The following Friday, Dec. 9, participating shops will again host wine and cheese open houses and offer special sales to entice shoppers from 5-8:30 p.m.
