Exton Post Acute in Chester County, Pa., Launches Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

Exton Post Acute in Chester County has introduced CardioPro, a specialized cardiac rehabilitation care program, under the leadership of cardiologist Aman Khaji, MD. Located at 501 Thomas Jones Way in Exton, the center provides post-hospital and short-term skilled nursing care. 

Dr. Khaji is board certified in cardiology, internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, electrophysiology, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. A sought-after speaker and author, he is affiliated with Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital and Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, and is a member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians, London.

CardioPro focuses on reducing symptoms and decreasing disability in heart patients. Services are designed to assist individuals suffering from challenging or life-threatening heart conditions, including those recovering from a cardiac event or surgical procedure, and those at risk for cardiovascular disease. Care is coordinated from pre-admission through discharge and transition home, with a central goal to reduce hospital re-admission.
