Pittsburgh Expected To Have Better Housing Market Than Many Others.

I like to look back at 'predictions' to see how things turned out.  Here is an interesting article on the Pittsburgh area housing market from early in 2012 and the predictions for 2013.  Let's keep this in mind over the next few months.  Then we can look back and see how close expectations came to realities.
