How Do You Know.... When You are Living From Your Lighted Spirit?

Leaders have a particular responsibility to know what is going on inside their souls.  For leaders this means taking the journey in and down.  As they become fully awake, they come to know and understand what it is within that betrays themselves and those they strive to serve.  If they do not work from their own lighted spirits, they will work from their darkness, and that darkness will torrentially rain upon those they are to lead.

Four affirmations need to be in place if leaders are to lead in spirit-centered ways.  

• I am a person of worth and holiness. 
• I am a lover who lives out my love in mutuality, connectedness and community
• I am empowered, living God's will as I co-create with others.
• I not only survive but thrive with the vision of wholeness before me.  

Let's not be fooled.  None of these affirmations is easy to live out.  The truth is that we who wish to lead from a new spiritual center are once again working to uncover the inner journey.
