Caulfield Hears DUI, Drug Cases
District Judge Thomas Caulfield heard several DUI cases last week.

Forest Hills District Justice Thomas Caulfield heard the following cases on May 15:
- Michael Mosley, 31, of East Liberty, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of failure to stop at a red light, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, evidence of emission inspection and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Swissvale police filed the charges after an April 5 traffic stop on South Braddock Avenue at Church Street.
- Margaret Sabol, 46, of Wilkins, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Charges of reckless driving and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle were withdrawn. Forest Hills police filed that charges after a Feb. 3 accident on Greensburg Pike.
- Susan Alane Keim, 44, of Forest Hills, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and a charge of careless driving. Forest Hills police filed the charges after a Feb. 1 accident on Avenue L.
- Crystal Whited, 31, of Penn Hills, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to carry a license, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and evidence of emission inspection. Forest Hills police filed the charges after a May 11 traffic stop on the 800 block of Greensburg Pike.Â
