CLEVER inDEED HOLIDAY TRUNK SHOW
Come party with us ~ get a jump on your holiday gift buying while supporting local artists and making a donation to a great cause.
Local artists Jeanne Cherry (Plum Boro) of juNxtaposition and Lucy McClure (North Huntingdon) of bel monili are thrilled to be hostessing the first ever CLEVER inDeed Holiday Trunk Show on Saturday, November 8 2014 at the Circuit Center & Ballroom located at 5 Hot Metal Street, Pittsburgh PA 15203. We are welcoming guests from 2pm-8pm to come and shop with over 20 local artisans and vintage vendors while they sip on cocktails and enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres. A $6 entrance fee includes a drink ticket, a donation to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition-Pittsburgh Chapter (NOCC), and free parking ($3 if you want to pass on the drink ticket).
CLEVER inDeed was born from bel monili and juNxtaposition’s experiences as artists traveling across the country to sell our handcrafted wares. We frequently hear comments of “…that’s so CLEVER!” which lends itself to the natural response of “…indeed.” bel monili and juNxtaposition decided to take that CLEVER factor and bring it back home to Pittsburgh to create a party-like atmosphere like no other shopping event around. Since we are both Pittsburgh girls born and raised, we are bringing the Deed into “inDeed” by choosing a local charitable organization to dedicate the show to. For this inaugural event, we are pleased to be donating to the NOCC-Pittsburgh Chapter.
