District Court: Caulfield Hears Fraud & Drug Cases

Forest Hills District Magistrate Thomas P. Caulfield heard two cases last week.

The following is a list of cases heard in district court in Forest Hills before Judge Thomas Caulfield on March 27.

  • Carolyne Korotko, 39, of North Braddock waived a preliminary hearing on charges of access device fraud, theft and forgery. Braddock Hills police filed the charges against her on March 20. Korotko is accused of stealing a credit card and making hundreds of dollars worth of unauthorized purchases.
  • Tywann R. Windham, 28, of Butler waived a preliminary hearing on charges of intent to possess a controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Swissvale police filed the charges after a Jan. 16 traffic stop on Woodstock Avenue.
