For the second year, the Regent Square D's won top honors at the chicken wing cook-off held Saturday by Swissvale Rotary at Les Getz Memorial Field in Swissvale.
D's Six Pax & Dogs won the chicken wing cook-off for the second year in a row at "Wings Over Swissvale," held Saturday at Les Getz Memorial Field.
