ETC Shooting Suspect Held for Court

Tyron David Manns, 23, of East Pittsburgh will have a hearing in county common pleas court.

A man accused of firing shots at the Edgewood Towne Centre will face a county judge in common pleas court.

Last week, Tyron David Manns, 23, of East Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of firearms not to be carried without a license, aggravated assault and two counts of recklessly endangering another person. Two counts of recklessly endangering another person were withdrawn.

Manns is accused of being involved in a shoot out at the shopping center in March. Three people were injured.

Allegheny County police filed the charges.

The case went before Wilkinsburg District Justice Kim Hoots.
