6th Annual Race For Grace

The 6th Annual Race For Grace is scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Norwin High School in North Huntingdon, PA.  The 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Fun Walk begin at 9am, but there activities for the whole family running from 7am to 1pm -- raffles, silent auction, kids' activities, food for sale, dance performances, etc.

The Race For Grace benefits the Reflections Of Grace Foundation, Inc., which was formed in memory of Grace Elizabeth Ekis, a 5-year old North Huntingdon girl, who passed away on February 14, 2008.  Grace's illness was diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), which is a non-curable cancerous tumor in the brainstem.  Proceeds will benefit families of children with brain cancer, as well as go towards funding research projects to find a cure for all pediatric brain cancers.

Although online registration for the Race For Grace is now closed, you can still register on Race day between 7am and 8am.
