There is a dynamic alignment between the feet, foreleg and pelvis that creates balance, stability and articulation in our yoga practice. In this workshop we will explore the clear form and function that is found in the skeleton of the lower body - the alignment of the ankle, heel & foot with the lower leg; the alignment of the foot & pelvis. We will focus on standing poses and a variety of others.
