Pilates Boot Camp

Pilates Boot Camp!   We'll Get you Ready for Shorts, Tanks & Swimwear   Join us for our second year of "calorie burning, ab-crunching, cardio-building, arms, legs and butt toning" series of   Pilates Boot Camp 2 schedule options, both run for 6 Weeks and begin May 20:


 3 days per week, M-W-F

 If you need the extra push to get you summer-ready, this total body workout will be just the thing you need to get in shape, energized and looking great.    Each class will incorporate Pilates along with weight training, cardio-conditioning, functional fitness and stretching!  


Class size is limited to 15 people!


With our Pilates Boot Camp, you have the added benefit of being under the watchful eyes of our certified Pilates and fitness instructors, to make sure you get maximum results by using safe and effective training techniques.
