Scrummy Sunday

Yoga on the Square has planned an afternoon treat of delicious stretching followed by a sustained practice of sumptuous, supportive poses.  Students will learn to use props in order to enhance their experiences of relaxation. Those practitioners who want sweaty yoga should not sign up. Practice finding happiness and healing through the practice of relaxation. It's affordable, non-fattening and perfectly legal. Bring two thick blankets with you. Please pre-register and pre-pay.
