Football Preview: Woodland Hills Vs. McKeesport

The Woodland Hills football team led 7-0 in the first quarter against Upper St. Clair in last week's home game. But the Wolverines lost by a score of 16-10.

The team will travel next to McKeesport to play Saturday, Sept. 7 at 1 p.m.

Here's a look at the rest of this season's schedule. All home games are held at the Wolvarena in Turtle Creek:

• Sept. 13: Away game against Bethel Park at 7:30 p.m.

• Sept. 20: Home game against Plum High School at 7:30 p.m.

• Sept. 27: Away game against Mt. Lebanon at 7:30 p.m.

• Oct. 4: Home game against Baldwin at 7:30 p.m. This will be homecoming for Woodland Hills.

• Oct. 11: Away game against Canon McMillian at 7 p.m.

• Oct. 18: Home game against Peters Township at 7:30 p.m. This will be senior recognition night for Woodland Hills.

• Oct. 25: Away game against Penn Hills at 7:30 p.m.

WPIAL playoffs begin in November.
