Forest Hills District Magistrate: Five Men Held for Court on Drug Charges
Here are the Forest Hills court reports for April 10.

Five men will be facing drug charges in common please court.
Last week, Tyrone Dewayne Hicks, 19, of Swissvale; Cortez R. Lucas, 20, of Swissvale; Donte Dixon, 20, of Swissvale; Demetrius Yancy, 23, of Rankin; and Reno Lavada Wallace II, 23, of East Liberty; were held for court on multiple drug charges before Forest Hills District Justice Thomas Caulfield.
All five face charges of manufacture, deliver and possess a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Wallace, Hicks and lucas also were charged with conspiracy. Lucas is facing additional charges of intent to possess a controlled substance, tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana.
Swissvale police filed the charges on Jan. 25 after they attempted to serve a warrant at a Woodstock Avenue apartment.

The following is a list of cases also were heard in district court in Forest Hills before Judge Thomas Caulfield on April. 10:
- Blane C. Jefferson Jr., 24, of Braddock was held for court on charges of intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and no rear lights. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Donovan Chapman, 22, of Rankin was held for court on charges of intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Swissvale police filed the charges against the two after a Feb. 1 traffic stop on Monongahela Avenue.
- Whitney Nichole Nixon, 22, of Homestead waived a preliminary hearing on charges of recklessly endangering another person, endangering the welfare of children and simple assault. A charge of aggravated assault was withdrawn. Swissvale police filed the charges after a March 17 incident on South Braddock Avenue.
- Azheem Bruce Lewis, 23, of East Pittsburgh waived a preliminary hearing on charges of simple assault and unlawful restraint. Forest Hills police filed the charges after a March 20 incident on Sumner Avenue.Â
- Michael Moore, 28, of Swissvale waived a preliminary hearing on charges of conspiracy; intent to possess a controlled substance; possession of marijuana; and manufacture, deliver and possess a controlled substance with intent. Swissvale police filed the charges after an April 3 incident on Woodstock Avenue.
- Josephine Manns, 43, of North Braddock waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and a traffic violation. Swissvale police filed the charges after a March 1 traffic stop on Irvine Street.
