Shalin Desai is the Director for Volunteer Training Programs for the Art of Living in the US and an instructor of the Art of Living and Art of Meditation workshops, which comprises breathing techniques, yoga, meditation and spiritual knowledge. Introduced to the Art of Living course in 1997, Shalin has been practicing these techniques for 16 years now. Since then, he has organized and taught several Art of Living workshops in the United States, Canada, Mexico and India.
