Get Ready for Swissvale Community Days

Kick off the summer season with one of Swissvale's biggest events—Community Days!

This year's festivities will be held Friday and Saturday, June 28 and 29, at Dickson Field (off Schoyer Avenue).

There will be music, food, games and fireworks at this annual event. Funnel cakes and cotton candy lovers also can enjoy those treats, which are a new addition this year.

FRIDAY, June 28, 6 to 10 p.m.

6 p.m. Gates open
7:30 p.m. Ms. Fredye & The Blue Faze Band will play on the main stage
DJ Dink McCann will provide entertainment all night

Saturday, June 29, 5 to 10 p.m

5 p.m K9 Demonstration--Swissvale K9 officer Brando will demonstrate with other K9’s
6 p.m Band Palermo Stone R.A.R.E. Nation will play on the main stage
7:45 p.m -Hula hoop contest (win prizes)
8 to 10 p.m- ZOOT ISLAND will play on the main stage—Join the Beachparty and Swissvale’s own Sal Ventura. Limbo contest
10 p.m.  Fireworks by Starfire
