Michelle Kasper Kinzel elected to Board of Directors for Women's Business Network

Local Munhall resident elected to the Executive Board of Women's Business Network

Michelle Caspar Kinzel, of Munhall, Pennsylvania, was recently elected to the Board of Directors for Women’s Business Network, Inc. (WBN) to serve a two year term.

Ms. Kinzel began her career in the financial and retail industries. After 15 years, she was able to combine her retail and financial experiences being employed by a large Pittsburgh based mutual fund company, where she was responsible for the procurement of corporate marketing gifts and recognition awards.

In 2000 Michelle became an entrepreneur when she opened her own business, providing breastfeeding products and support to new mothers until 2005. Because Michelle enjoyed the connection with women and sales, she began a successful Direct Sales/Home Party business. Her leadership was demonstrated by her productive sales team and she was recognized by sales and recruiting awards, earning promotions and luxury trips. Today, Michelle is an independent marketing executive for Melaleuca, The Wellness Company. She educates and recommends healthy and chemical-free products for families and the environment. Michelle continues to give post-partum doula services to new mothers during the adjustment and recovery of the birth of their newborn, along with breastfeeding support.
