
I love chips and salsa, 'nuff said!
Here's a recipe for some refreshing salsa with a little bit of a kick. If you like a spicier salsa, you always can add a little bit of hot sauce to it.
What you need:

1 28-ounce can of diced tomatoes with their juice
1 bunch of scallions, chopped
1 jalapeño—2 if they are little—seeded depending on how spicy you want the salsa, minced
1 lime, washed and dried, rind zested and the lime juiced
Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
Kosher saltFresh black pepper
What to do:
1. Stir the tomatoes with their juice, the scallions, jalapeño and lime zest in a bowl.

2. Add salt and pepper to taste and the lime juice.
3. Stir in the fresh cilantro.
4. Grab a pack of chips and ENJOY!
