Turtle Creek PD Hosts Child Seat Safety Check

The Turtle Creek Police Department will be hosting a child seat safety check Thursday, April 11.

Police officers will be checking car seats to make sure children are riding safely in vehicles and that the seats are installed properly.

The safety check will be held from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at the police department, 125 Monroeville Ave.

There is no cost to have a certified child passenger safety technician check your child seat. An appointment is necessary. To schedule one, call 412-885-0266.
