• Galeton Senior Center Finds a New Home (solomonswords.net) — Galeton residents now have a relocated Senior Center at 11 Union Street, open Wednesdays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Locals can enjoy meals, games, and friendship, but are asked to order meals one week ahead on Wednesdays. The center also thanks volunteers, the Galeton Ministerium, and donors who helped make the move possible. 
• THURSDAY ROUNDUP: Gators celebrate senior with dominating win over Huskies; Panthers soccer routs Cassadaga Valley (oleanstar.com) — Galeton sports fans will note the Lady Tigers fell in straight sets to Otto-Eldred, 25-7, 25-14, and 25-13, in North Tier League volleyball action. The roundup also highlights strong performances from several New York and Pennsylvania school teams, offering a broader look at how regional rivals are shaping up late in the season.
