• Jury acquits state trooper on all counts in child abuse, intimidation trial (readingeagle.com) — A state trooper based at the Hamburg barracks has been acquitted by a Schuylkill County jury of all child abuse and witness intimidation charges, clearing his criminal record. The verdict ends a four-day trial, but he still faces family court battles over custody, efforts to clear his name from child abuse registries, and uncertainty about reinstatement with Pennsylvania State Police.
