• One person has died after a two-vehicle car crash in Franconia (northpennnow.com) — A deadly head-on crash on Cowpath Road in nearby Franconia Township left one person dead and two others injured Sunday afternoon, with Hatfield Police assisting the investigation. The 100 block of Cowpath Road between Leidy Road and Meadow Wood Lane is closed until about 7 p.m., so Hatfield-area drivers should avoid the area while multiple agencies work the scene and gather more information.
