$100K In Bad Checks, Stolen Cards, Mail Found During Delco Stop: PSP
A 19-year-old man from Upper Darby was found to be in possession of stolen credit cards and ID cards, as well as $100,000 in bad checks.
UPPER DARBY, PA — A traffic stop in Delaware County led to Pennsylvania State Police finding $100,000 in bad checks, stolen credit cards, and more.
The stop occurred at about 3:29 a.m. Jan. 24 on Interstate 95 south in Lower Chichester Township, state police said.
During the stop, police found the driver, a 19-year-old man from Upper Darby who the Delaware County Daily Times identified as Mafata Billity, to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Additionally, police found $100,000 in forged checks, stolen credit cards, and the driver's license of a 29-year-old Upper Darby Woman during the stop.
Police had the vehicle they stopped, a 2006 Mercury, towed from the scene.

The outlet reports Bility was charged with 200 counts involving the stolen credit cards and writing bad checks, identity theft, driving under the influence, speeding, and reckless driving.
