HAVERFORD, PA — Princeton is a great place to be when the weather warms up — and it doesn't have to cost much to have fun.

Here are five low-cost outings around Haverford and the Main Line where you can take the family or go with friends.

Concerts at the Kelly Center — Haverford Township Civic Council brings concerts regularly, like the twice-monthly Bluegrass Jam that's free and BYOB, though donations are accepted. Other concerts that aren't free may be affordable, like the John Hoey Trio playing April 23; tickets are $15. The Kelly Center is a 4 E. Eagle Road.

Farmers Market In Wayne — Did you know the Lancaster County Farmers Market is in Wayne? Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays you can come to 389 W. Lancaster Ave. for fresh local produce and special events. It's open 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. See what Lancaster County Farmers Market Wayne has waiting for you.

Flea Market And Craft Fair — Outdoor craft fairs and flea markets are coming back to life and there's one coming up May 14 in Swarthmore, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This flea market is in Ridley Township, but watch for others.

Cars Shows, Cruises All Summer Long! — Car shows are going on all over Pennsylvania, and they are often free to spectators. Follow listings for local or statewide events here or at the helpful Car Cruise Finder website. Look at the posts to see if there's a cost for spectators; fees listed are usually for those entering a car in the show or for vendors. The Camaro Nationals car show will be held in nearby Morgantown July 14-16.
