Join Merge Dance Studio in Manayunk for an AcroYoga workshop with guest teacher Eric Mamuzich this Sat., Jan. 21st, from 3:30-5:00pm! Learn in a really fun way of connecting and stacking people! Standing by each other to support, spot, and coach you will use the therapeutic side of the practice to create traction or length in your bodies. Use the leverage of your own body to apply a very comfortable, relaxing, releasing experience to others. Come alone or with a friend. No experience is necessary. A good time is guaranteed! This workshop is open to teens and adults and is $20.00 to attend. Advance registration is required to attend this workshop.
