Bank Robbed Tuesday In Havertown: Police
A man came into WSFS Bank on West Township Line Road with a note saying he had a gun and to empty the drawer. He made off with $1,500.

HAVERTOWN, PA — Police in Haverford Township are looking for a man who robbed a Havertown bank Tuesday.
The robbery occurred at about 1 p.m. Tuesday at WSFS Bank, 1200 West Township Line Road in Havertown.
Police said a man came into the bank and handed a teller a handwritten note that said "this is a robbery I have a gun empty drawer no cops no bait!"

The teller gave the man $1,500 in cash.
The man then left the bank, heading south on West Township Line Road, in a black Chevrolet Impala.

Police believe this is the same person who robbed WSFS Bank branch in Springfield on July 23.
