BHHS Fox and Roach HomExpert Report for June Property Sales in Haverford Township

Property sales in Haverford Township during June of 2015 increased 18.9 percent from the same month the previous year with 107 properties sold.

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 90 properties that closed in June 2014 and 81 in Junes 2013.

The median price of the properties that did sell in June of 2015 increased 0.2 percent over the same period in 2015, from $299,550 to $300,000. In June 2013, the median price was $282,000.

The average days on the market increased by 65.6 percent from 32 to 53 days between June 2014 and June 2015.
