A woman was struck by a bullet when a gun when off accidentally as a child played with it, police in Delaware County said Friday morning.
UPPER DARBY, PA — A woman was struck by a bullet from a gun that a child was playing with, according to Delaware County authorities.
Upper Darby Police said the incident occurred on the 200 block of Burmont Road some time Friday morning.
A child was playing with a gun when it was accidentally fired, police said.

As a result of the discharge, a woman was struck, police said.
The Delaware County Daily Times reports the child, 4, accidentally shot his mother, 34.
