Child Porn Found On Havertown Man's Devices: District Attorney
The 70-year-old man who is facing more than 110 child porn-related charges is free after posting $7,500 bail.

HAVERTOWN, PA – A Havertown man is facing more than 110 counts of felony crimes related to child pornography, according to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office. The DA's office announced the charges filed against Raymond Giambuzzi Monday.
According to the DA's office, Giambuzzi, 70, of Havertown, has been charged with six counts of attempted dissemination of child pornography, 50 counts of sexual abuse of children; and 56 counts criminal use of a communications facility, all felonies of the third degree. He faces 112 total counts.
Raymond, is facing child pornography distribution and possession charges including some images that depict children in bondage.

The DA's office said Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division detectives, along with members of the Delaware County PA Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Haverford Township Police Department, executed a search warrant on Giambuzzi’s North Drexel Avenue residence on May 10.
The warrant was executed after authorities tracked the IP address of a Skype user, later identified as Giambuzzi, who was uploading child pornography, the DA's office said.

According to the DA's office, Giambuzzi attempted to hide a flash drive in his pocket that contained child pornography while authorities searched his residence.
After searching Giambuzzi and finding the drive, authorities searched the drive as well as his computer and devices where the found hundreds of images of child porn, the DA's office said.
Detectives discovered more than 970 images of child pornography on a desk top computer, as well as more than 1530 images that are considered "child erotica" and may not constitute pornography, the DA's office said.
Additionally, detectives found more than 700 images and more than 100 videos on the flash drive that Giambuzzi attempted to keep from authorities, the DA's office said. The criminal complaint filed against Giambuzzi alleges about 50 of the 100 videos contained apparent child pornography, according to the DA's office.
Authorities also found several Sykpe conversations that indicated Giambuzzi was spying on his family and trading pictures of his family members, the DA's office said. The criminal complaint filed against him claims Giambuzzi also had a lot of conversations about incest.
He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Robert M. D’Agostino who set bail at ten percent of $75,000, or $7,500, which the Giambuzzi posted, court records show.
Giambuzzi has been ordered to have no internet, no unsupervised contact with minors, and must complete a psychological and sexual evaluation, the DA's office said.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 26, court records show.
