Detectives responded to the scene and reviewed surveillance camera footage from within the store, interviewed of witnesses, and conducted further investigations.

The DA's office said those efforts revealed that the two victims and Seth-Murray were inside the restaurant waiting for their food orders to be prepared.

Upon purchasing his food, Seth-Murray started to leave the restaurant and as he did so, made eye contact with the adult male victim.

Within five minutes after leaving the restaurant, Seth-Murray returned to the restaurant, pulled out a handgun from his waistband, and while waiving the firearm at other patrons, attempted to drag the adult male victim out of the restaurant.

While in the doorway of the restaurant, Seth-Murray then shot the adult male victim in the neck at point-blank range, also causing the teenage male victim to sustain a gunshot wound in the leg. Seth-Murray fled the scene and was arrested two days later by Upper Darby detectives after being identified by video surveillance and witnesses.
