Nearly half — 49 percent — of all Americans have at least one of three key risk factors for heart disease: high blood pressure, high cholesterol and smoking. Keeping the heart healthy involves a balance of physical activity, healthy diet and management of blood-pressure and cholesterol levels. Being aware of risk factors of heart disease and steps to prevent heart problems can lead to a healthier and longer life.
The event will be held in Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital’s Norman N. Cohen, M.D. Auditorium located at 1500 Lansdowne Avenue, Darby, Pa.
Registration is required for this event. To register, or for more information, call (877) 466-3729 or visit Mercy Fitzgerald's website here.
