Delco Prisoner Escapes, Last Seen In Upper Darby: Police
A woman escaped the custody of a Delaware County constable Thursday after having her preliminary hearing in Secane, police said.

A woman who was in custody with Delaware County authorities has escaped, according to Upper Darby Police.
Police said Carolyn Quiah, 27, of Glenolden, prisoner escaped from constable custody at the Secane District Court Thursday.
Quiah was last seen in the area of Providence Road near Green Lane, police said.

If Quiah is spotted by the public, she should not be chased or apprehended. Anyone who sees her should contact 911.
Police said she is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. She may be wearing a white halter-style shirt, police said.

Quiah was in custody after being arrested on Sept. 11 and was charged with simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime, harassment, and criminal mischief, according to court records.
She appeared for her preliminary arraignment Thursday, court documents show.
