Dispose of Household Hazardous Items on Saturday

Residents can safely dispose of hazardous items at the Household Hazardous Waste collection set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 4 at the Marple Transfer Station, Marpit Drive and Sussex Boulevard in Marple, according to Delaware County.

Only household hazardous waste like oil-based paint, motor oil and pesticides will be accepted at this collection. Electronic items such as computers, TVs, and small appliances will not be accepted at the collection, according to the county.
