Community Update

DANGER! DANGER! DANGER! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I spent over $2500 on engine repairs. In the course of their work, they did not properly reattach my power steering lines. I noticed leaking fluid and took it back to them. THEY DID NOT CATCH THEIR MISTAKE. They put some heavy duty sealant in and told us it would most likely solve the problem. IT DIDN"T!! 2 days later, I completely lost power steering while driving home from work. I took it to another mechanic who immedeately asked me if I had recent work done, because my power steering lines were very loose, They had not been reattached properly. Fortunately, this mechanic knew what he was talking about... Unfortunatley we had to pay $75.00 to fix what Imported Automotive had broken. We told Ken and Leslie what the other mechanic found and Ken agreed to reimburse us for the work. Of course he never made good on the reimbursement and offered us an oil change instead.. which he estimated to be worth $75.00. RIGHT! NO THANKS! I will never let them touch my car again!
