The township is partnering with PAR-Recycle Works to host the event. PAR-Recycle Works is a local not-for-profit that hires formerly incarcerated individuals to recycle used electronics. Their mission is to restore lives by providing job training and transitional paid employment in a supportive environment, while also protecting the planet and assuring that e-waste is dismantled and properly recycled.

Workers deconstruct the items received and separate them into their major components. When necessary, they erase all data from hard drives before selling components to environmentally responsible downstream processors.

Registrants should arrive at the township building parking lot only during the issued time slots to help manage traffic. Enter from Darby Road, and exit onto Manoa Road.

The Haverford Township Administration Building is located at 1014 Darby Road in Havertown.
